The buffer storage tanks PS-1W 500 to PS-1W 1500 stand out due to their perfect design - slim and high.
This way, a very good temperature layering can be guaranteed.
The storage tanks are made of steel. The standard production does not include an internal heat exchanger.
Due to the high storage tank capacity, this storage tank is particularly recommended for solar backup heating. For this, a copper-finned pipe can optionally be retrofitted over the service hatch. Another advantage is the large number of connections, that make it variable in many ways.
For backup heating, we recommend a heat exchanging surface of 2 to 4.5 sqm (for detailed information, please read under "finned-pipe heat exchanger").
The100 mm strong highly heat insulating soft foam coating and the 5 mm thick synthetic leather covering provide a very good heat insulation.
By delivering the soft foam coating seperately, we provide an unproblematic transportation to the appointed location as well as easy mounting.
All storage tank connections are produced as internal screw threads. Buffer storage tanks for up to 5.000 liters capacity are available on request.Storage tank dimensions and technical details:
