On-roof installation with collector brackets

The simplest and most common way to mount the collectors is by roof-mounting them parallel to the covered roof.

for the brackets we only use the best materials, which means that the roof hooks (S-form) and the angles are mande of stainless steel. The rails are made of aluminium, or - on request - of stainless steel. This system is suitable for all applications and can be installed on almost any roof covering thanks to versatile mounting options.
So, you will obtain an optically nice setting of your collector system.

Tip for your order: For the first and the last collector of a row, you will need two brackets each, and for the internal collectors, you will need one bracket each.

The angle of incline is adjusted to 30°, 45° and 60°, according to the local conditions. For use of an inclined roof (up to 20°), we provide special mounting materials for the corresponding roof covering.

SUNSET roof-integration systems were derived from a tried-and-tested sub-roof construction, typical of the metal-construction industry, consisting of folded and positively locking aluminium sheets.

Caution! In case your roof is tilted in a smaller angle, please confer with us! The standard system consists of a basic construction kit for either 2 or 3 panels. With our expansion kit, consisting of one solar panel each, your system is expandable  with additional  single-rowed fields. Of course, customized solutions, such as roof-integration systems for two or multi-rowed fields are also available.
